Community Christmas tree

Gladstone Community Christmas Tree & the Community Chain “Thank you” project 2023

There is plenty of Arts in Health projects happening this December at Gladstone hospital. Cosmos Arts for Health Inc will be delivering the following projects facilitated by local Artist Katrina Elliott.

Pop up Santas workshop – project for staff to craft decorations for our Community Christmas Tree

Art Cart – local artist Katrina Elliott will be zooming the wards crafting decorations with our patients and visitors for our Community Christmas Tree.

Community Chain “Thank you” project – we are inviting Gladstone community to help us say thank you to ALL the wonderful staff at Gladstone Hospital who work hard to provide great care for our community.

How can you contribute? Download the template for the chain and Christmas bauble and create a chain and Thank you & Christmas wishes . We are encouraging people to use colours that represent your community group, schools and businesses. So that we can recycle these materials after all of the Christmas Decorations come down in January 2024 please do not use staples. Glue is a preferred method to fixing your circles.

Delivery – Please bring your Christmas Chain to the Volunteers at the main entry reception (near the Emergency Department). If the reception is unattended please place it in the box near reception.

Photos – We would love to see photos of you and your team with your creation, please post it on your social media platform and tag @cosmosartsforhealth or use #cosmosthankyouchain2023
