Title : Among the Gum Trees
Location : Gladstone Chaplainwatch Nightsafe Rest & Recovery Centre, Gladstone
A mural for celebration and acknowledgement.
As a part of this collaborative mural, we invited the community to design a gum leaf that expresses a thought or feeling.
The Gum Tree represents all of us and our worldviews, the landscape and space underneath that leads into the room represents important work that Gladstone Chaplainwatch Nightsafe Rest & Recovery Centre and the Gladstone First Responders do for safety and wellbeing of our community.
‘Watching out for you, when good times, go bad’.
