Exhibition Statement
I live near the sea. Some nights I can hear the waves crashing as I drift off to sleep. I love the sea and always have.
I wanted to show the moods of the sea. The calm peaceful days with hardly a ripple on the water to the wild windy days, sunrise to sunset. The beach can invoke a soothing, solitary, personal connection and a grounding in nature.
